How can I send JMS request without using SOAP WSDL and Rest URL?

I need to send JMS request to Apache Active MQ using SoapUI, but I don't have SOAP WSDL and Rest URL. I know using Groovy script, it can be done. So I want to know, can I take SoapUI advantage? if do so.
